Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Moses Isiah!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aron Gunnarsson!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shigeki Fujiwara and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Isiah looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Gunnarsson connects with a looping right hand.


It looks like Moses Isiah has been cut.
Isiah misses with a hook
and Gunnarsson counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Isiah tries to clinch there but Gunnarsson circles away.
Gunnarsson is looking to clinch but Isiah is avoiding it.
Gunnarsson tries to clinch but Isiah moves out of range.
Isiah takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Isiah ducks right into an uppercut from Gunnarsson.
Isiah is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Isiah definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

and Gunnarsson counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Gunnarsson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Isiah throws out the jab.
Gunnarsson has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Gunnarsson avoids a punch combination nicely.
Gunnarsson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gunnarsson slips a straight right by Isiah.
Isiah throws a looping overhand right but Gunnarsson ducks down to avoid it.
Gunnarsson's corner calls for a 1-2. Gunnarsson obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Gunnarsson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Isiah.
Isiah wants to clinch up but Gunnarsson keeps it at a distance.

Isiah keeps the fight on the outside.

Isiah moves into the clinch successfully.
A left hand lands to the body for Gunnarsson.

Gunnarsson tries to throw a body punch but Isiah avoids it by throwing Gunnarsson back against the ropes.
Gunnarsson tries to work over Isiah's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Gunnarsson lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Gunnarsson lands with a light punch inside.
Gunnarsson pushes Isiah back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Gunnarsson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Isiah tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Isiah takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Isiah on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.


Moses Isiah's cut is getting worse.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Isiah misses with a looping right.
A big left from Isiah misses.
As Isiah backs off Gunnarsson throws a huge counter combo but Isiah manages to avoid it all.
Gunnarsson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Isiah throws a shot from downtown. Gunnarsson moves away and avoids it.
Gunnarsson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Isiah paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Isiah swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Isiah tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Gunnarsson looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Isiah misses with a straight left.

Isiah lands a jab to the head.


It looks like Aron Gunnarsson has been cut.

Gunnarsson scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Gunnarsson ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Isiah tries to clinch but Gunnarsson moves out of range.

Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Isiah throws a hook to the side of Gunnarsson's head but Gunnarsson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Donk. Gunnarsson catches Isiah right on the button with a cross.
Gunnarsson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Isiah paws at him with a jab and circles away.
An attempted straight right counter from Isiah misses the target.
Isiah throws a hook to the side of Gunnarsson's head but Gunnarsson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Gunnarsson lands a jab to Isiah's midsection.
Isiah on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Isiah is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Isiah throws a combination that misses

and before Isiah can reset, Gunnarsson rushes him with a swarm of punches, sending him crashing to the floor, in all sorts of trouble! Isiah is trying to beat the count but we're up to 6 already and he's nowhere near. 7,8... he's up! He's going to continue!

Isiah walks into a big right hand from Gunnarsson and goes down! The referee sends Gunnarsson to a neutral corner as Isiah gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.


Isiah is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gunnarsson connects with a crushing straight, right on the bridge of Isiah's nose, sending him crumpling to the mat! That's really rocked Isiah - is he going to beat the count??? 4,5,6,7,8,9.....10 - he's not made it - this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Aron Gunnarsson!
A relieved looking Aron Gunnarsson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
