No luck for Fulton with that takedown attempt.
Starpen is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Fulton dives in for a single leg takedown but Starpen sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Fulton gets caught napping as Starpen dives in and scores a takedown. Fulton manages to retain guard.
Starpen stands and throws Fulton's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Starpen wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Fulton, who protects the arm well.
