And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Bruno Lombardi and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trotsky misses with a head kick.
Blakemore looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Trotsky is fending him off so far but Blakemore persists. Nope, Trotsky circles away and we're back to standing.
Trotsky feints the counter takedown.
Trotsky scores with a jab to the head.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Trotsky - that will leave a mark!
Trotsky misses with a body kick.
Blakemore is looking to counter the offense by Trotsky and move into the clinch.
Blakemore tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Blakemore avoids the head kick by Trotsky.
Blakemore closes the distance and clinches up with Trotsky, looking for a takedown. Blakemore pushes Trotsky against the cage but Trotsky circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Trotsky throws a sloppy head kick and Blakemore moves out of range easily.
Blakemore tries to clinch but Trotsky moves away
and Trotsky counters with a three punch combo that has Blakemore backing up. Blakemore nods at Trotsky to acknowledge the strikes.
Trotsky looks to land a body kick but Blakemore moved away.
Blakemore looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Blakemore.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tom Blakemore. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Blakemore is defended easily by Trotsky.
Trotsky fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Trotsky drives through with a takedown into Blakemore's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Blakemore has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Trotsky can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Trotsky is sitting in close to Blakemore's body. Blakemore has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Trotsky is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Trotsky is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Blakemore.

After the fight, Tom Blakemore was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
