Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Trzy Trzy (ranked 8090 p4p, 686 weight class) and Deshaun Williams (ranked 2026 p4p, 255 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Williams's choice of entrance music: Dr. Octagon - Earth People. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Richard Clark and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Trzy attempts a counter takedown but Williams avoids it well and moves away.
Williams throws a leg kick that is checked
and Trzy makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Trzy avoids the body shot from Williams.
Trzy with a poor takedown
and Williams counters with a left to the body.
Williams scores with a body shot.
Trzy shoots and misses
and Williams counters with a nice uppercut.
Williams stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Williams wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Trzy Trzy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Trzy takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Trzy is taking a breather. Williams says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Trzy looking to ground and pound but Williams is blocking nicely.

We've been hearing good reports from Trzy's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Trzy lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Williams is trying to escape the mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Williams is in a horrible position here. Trzy smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Trzy landing strikes from the mount and Williams is in trouble!

Trzy postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Williams looks a forlorn figure.
BOOM! Trzy connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Williams tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Trzy scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Trzy with shots to the head and body - Williams looks very uncomfortable down there.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Poor strikes thrown by Trzy there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Williams is still in real trouble! Can Trzy finish him?

Williams seems to have recovered his senses.

Williams smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Deshaun Williams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Williams swings and misses with a hook to the body.

It looked like Trzy wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Williams takes a swing at Trzy's ribcage but misses.
Trzy drops down looking for a counter takedown but Williams sprawls and moves away.
Williams scores with a jab. Trzy acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Williams stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Trzy shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Williams but Williams pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Trzy looks up at the clock. Bad move! Williams lands a right hand from hell, dropping Trzy. Williams pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
