Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cooper Jagr (ranked 24507 p4p, 869 weight class) and Brad Foster (ranked 8597 p4p, 767 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Cooper Jagr! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Brad Foster! The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Paul Gruel and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jagr looks to land a combination but Foster avoids it well. Foster is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Jagr looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Jagr misses with a two punch combination.
Jagr swats away the attempt to clinch by Foster. Foster tries to close the distance and clinch but Jagr swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Jagr chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Foster can pounce on him.
Foster lands with a slapping head kick. Foster cracks Jagr with a good jab. Jagr misses with a combination
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Jagr misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Foster slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Foster checks a leg kick. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Foster tries to close the distance and clinch but Jagr swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Foster stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Foster wants it to stay on the feet. Jagr looks to land a combination but Foster avoids it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Foster tries to clinch but Jagr is having none of it. Foster tries to clinch up but Jagr circles away and keeps his distance. Foster dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Jagr. That did some damage! Jagr tries to bum rush Foster with a series of wild strikes but Foster uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Foster tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Jagr manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Foster is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. A big right from Jagr misses. Foster unleashes a big counter combination but Jagr bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Nice sprawl there from Jagr as Foster shoots in. Foster uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jagr. Jagr changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Foster tries to avoid it but Jagr manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Foster to the ground. Foster escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Foster closes the distance and pushes Jagr back into the cage. A nice right hand lands inside from Jagr. Foster tries to pull guard but Jagr holds him up against the cage and eventually Foster drops back down to his feet.
Jagr looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Jagr tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Foster jumps guard but Jagr stands there with Foster around his waist. Foster gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Cooper Jagr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brad Foster. Jagr trying to land knees to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jagr has picked Foster up - he's going for a ride! Jagr dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Foster is looking for a sweep. Jagr is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Foster punching from the bottom.
Foster has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Jagr is thwarting Foster's attempts to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Foster might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Jagr haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Foster gets full guard. Jagr has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Foster thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Foster wants to control the position but Jagr says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Jagr not landing any meaningful shots this time. Jagr trying to control the pace. Jagr lands strikes from half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Foster tries to roll over but Jagr keeps him under control. Jagr looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Foster with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. We've been informed that Foster has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Foster is staying active underneath Jagr, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Foster won't allow Jagr to pass to mount. Foster wants to control but Jagr is keeping busy.
Nice strikes from Jagr there. Jagr landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Jagr in particular looking to stall. Foster is holding on to half guard well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jagr scoring with strikes to the body and head. Jagr is looking to stall here but Foster recovers full guard. Jagr scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Foster keeping moving, preventing Jagr from controlling successfully. Jagr throwing strikes from guard but Foster blocks nicely. Jagr with a nice head shot there. Jagr postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Jagr with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Jagr missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Foster working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Jagr. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cooper Jagr dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Foster lands with a kick to the temple. Jagr shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Jagr is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Foster can do to turn this around? Excellent takedown into side control there by Jagr. Jagr cracks Foster with a big right hand but Foster just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jagr scoring with punches and elbows. Foster is trying to improve his position. Foster is trying to control Jagr's posture but Jagr avoids it. Foster is looking for a sweep. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jagr is putting a hurting on Foster here, landing some big shots from side control. Jagr cracks Foster with a big elbow. Jagr is looking to take a break and control but Foster is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Jagr happy to just control the position for now. Jagr knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Foster on the ground. Jagr is looking to take a break and control but Foster is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Foster is letting Jagr control him for a moment.

Cooper Jagr overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Foster is looking to control Jagr but Jagr is wriggling around and keeping busy. Foster is breathing heavily. Jagr manages to reverse the position and now he's in Foster's guard. Nice work there by Jagr.

Cooper Jagr dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Jagr dives in for a single leg takedown but Foster sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Foster seems to have recovered his senses. Brad Foster seems to be getting the better of the standup. Jagr rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Foster counters with a lovely straight right hand! Foster lands a head kick!

Jagr scores with a jab. Foster tries to close the distance and clinch but Jagr swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Jagr throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Despite the aggression on Foster's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Jagr looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Both fighters are breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Foster misses with a takedown attempt - Jagr sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:53 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Brad Foster! In his post fight interview, Brad Foster started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
