Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Illya Tyunina and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hudson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bobinec paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hudson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hudson showed some decent athleticism there.
Bobinec manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Hudson keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Hudson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bobinec throws a series of punches but Hudson avoids them all with ease.
Bobinec misses with a two punch combination.
Hudson pushes Bobinec up against the cage in a clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hudson is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Bobinec breaks the clinch.
Bobinec shoots and misses
and Hudson counters with a three punch combo that has Bobinec backing up. Bobinec nods at Hudson to acknowledge the strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hudson throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bobinec was covering up waiting for the punch and Hudson finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Bobinec has his feet on Hudson's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Hudson shoots in and gets a takedown into Bobinec's guard.
Bobinec will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Bobinec looking for a triangle here. Hudson is fighting it but it looks tight! Bobinec pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Hudson is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Vedran Bobinec!
Vedran Bobinec was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
