The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Esquire closes this distance looking for a takedown but Doblin circles away.
Doblin is looking to clinch but Esquire is avoiding it.
Doblin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Esquire swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Esquire looks to score with a jab to the body but Doblin is just out of range.
Doblin swings for the body but Esquire moves out of range.

Esquire tries to keep at a distance but Doblin has taken the fight into the clinch.

Esquire is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Esquire has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Doblin avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
