PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Danny Duff (ranked 3677 p4p, 367 weight class) and Altintop Palonesess (ranked 21416 p4p, 617 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Duff might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Kendrick Lamar - Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palonesess slips under a jab.
Duff misses with a hook. Palonesess ducked under it nicely.

Palonesess is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Duff knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Duff for a finish.

Duff is kicking away at Palonesess from the bottom - trying to push off and stand up. Palonesess grabs hold of a leg and drops back for a heel hook! The two fighters roll across the mat, with Duff trying to push Palonesess off... Duff taps! He's tapped! This one is all over! A throwback to the old Pancrase there with an infrequently seen submission hold! Nice work.

Altintop Palonesess spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
