The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bang clinches up with Fury and pushes him back against the cage.

Bang tightens his grip and picks Fury up, before dumping him to the ground. Fury manages to land in guard.
Bang throwing strikes but missing.
Fury is trying to keep Bang in close.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bang works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Bang works his way into side control.

Bang goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Fury has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Bang but great work by Fury.
Bang sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

Bang throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Fury escapes and throws Bang's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Fury is trying to control. Bang wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Bang tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Fury defends well and Bang ends up having to push Fury into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Geese Fury has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Miro Bang.

A quick step to the side and Fury tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bang tries for a takedown but Fury sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bang changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fury tries to avoid it but Bang manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fury to the ground. Fury escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Bang throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Fury was covering up waiting for the punch and Bang finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Bang drops back, looking for a kneebar! Fury looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Fury looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Fury!

Bang manages to get back to half guard.

Bang kicks off Fury and gets to his feet.
Bang uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Fury.
Fury stuffs the takedown attempt from Bang. Bang gets slowly back to his feet.

Fury throws a jab when Bang was well out of range.
Fury keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Fury tests Bang's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Bang shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bang showed some decent athleticism there.
Miro Bang has got the better of the ground game so far.

Fury is holding on to half guard well.

Bang seems to be looking for submissions.
Bang thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Fury pushes Bang off looking to stand but Bang dives back in and keeps control.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Fury is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Bang is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Bang bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Bang is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Fury knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
