Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fallon lands a two punch combo.
Fallon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Fallon lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Lampone shoots for a takedown but Fallon saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Fallon throws the kick towards the body but Lampone avoids it.
Fallon throws a right hand that Lampone ducks under and follows up with a left that Lampone also avoids with ease.
Fallon fails to land with a series of punches.
No luck for Lampone with that takedown attempt.
Fallon looks to land a combination but Lampone avoids it well.

Fallon darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Lampone is trying to maintain the position but Fallon is very close to passing his half guard.
Fallon wants to stand up but Lampone manages to regain full guard.

Fallon gets to his feet - Lampone follows without any prompting.
Fallon will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Lampone shoots in looking for a takedown. Fallon tries to sprawl out of it but Lampone keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fallon manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Fallon closes the distance and pushes Lampone back into the cage.
Fallon is pressed up against the cage. Lampone has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Fallon down to the mat. Fallon avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Fallon decides to stand back up. Fallon steps back and let's Lampone get back to his feet.

Fallon rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lampone moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Lampone tries to pull guard but Fallon won't allow it.

Fallon escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Lampone tries to pull guard but Fallon holds him up against the cage and eventually Lampone drops back down to his feet.

Lampone turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Lampone manages to end up in side control.
Fallon wants to get back to his feet but Lampone drags him back down.

Fallon explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lampone takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

Fallon throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Fallon stalks Lampone and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Lampone's face. Lampone staggers backwards, shaken.
Fallon throws a right and a left that Lampone avoids nicely.

Fallon moves into the clinch.
Lampone tries for a takedown. No joy.
Lampone blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Fallon misses with a hook from the clinch.
Fallon is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Lampone drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Fallon gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.

Fallon has hold of one of Lampone's legs. Lampone is fighting the takedown attempt but Fallon gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Fallon gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

so Fallon counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Fallon would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Fallon wants to stand but Lampone has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Lampone working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Fallon doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Fallon manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Fallon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lampone on the ground.

Fallon stands up from Lampone's guard - Fallon perhaps looking for a knockout.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Fallon lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lampone circles away quickly and effectively.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lampone shoots and misses

so Fallon counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Lampone is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Fallon keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Lampone's head.

Lampone has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Fallon avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Fallon changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lampone fights it off and pushes away nicely.

No joy there for Fallon, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Lampone has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Fallon should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Lampone has tightened it up now! Fallon should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
