Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tank Bastard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Pepper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bastard's entrance music is Hadouken - M.A.D. A fine choice. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tank Bastard!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Charles Pepper!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pepper tries to clinch up.
Bastard misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bastard lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Pepper takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Pepper scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Pepper slows the pace down.
Pepper landing strikes.
Pepper wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bastard keeps working.
Pepper is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Bastard sneaks back into half guard.
Pepper performing his best blanket impression for a moment.

Bastard misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Bastard is trying to control but can't.
Pepper is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Pepper not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Bastard will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Pepper trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Pepper throws and elbow that misses. Bastard uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Pepper's guard. Nice move by Bastard!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Pepper is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Bastard preventing the sweep.

Bastard connects with a couple of short punches.
Bastard is standing up over Pepper. Pepper looks to escape but Bastard dives into side control.
Bastard is looking to take a break and control but Pepper is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Pepper looks gassed!
Bastard throws a strike aimed at the side of Pepper's head but Pepper avoids it well.
Bastard takes advantage of some sloppy striking from Pepper to pass into mount.
Bastard wants to control the pace but Pepper is squirming around nicely.
Pepper is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Bastard lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Pepper hang on?
Bastard has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Pepper can't escape the position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Bastard cracks Pepper with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Pepper is in all sorts of trouble here.
Bastard looking to control but Pepper is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Bastard is landing with some decent strikes but Pepper is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Bastard can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Pepper is looking to escape.

Tank Bastard dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

A cross from Bastard lands.
Bastard lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Pepper will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Bastard lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Pepper takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Bastard works the jab nicely.
Pepper has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Bastard fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Bastard scores with a one two! Pepper had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Pepper takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Donk. Bastard catches Pepper right on the button with a cross.
Bastard scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Bastard looks to land a combination. Pepper sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Pepper tries to close the distance and clinch but Bastard swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Pepper takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bastard uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Nice shot lands for Bastard.
Bastard cracks Pepper with an open hand slap.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Pepper takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Pepper is rocked!
Bastard works the jab nicely.
Pepper is still on wobbly legs! Can Bastard finish him?
Pepper is breathing heavily.
Bastard rushes Pepper with punches - Pepper moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Pepper goes down! Bastard follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
