Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kennet Janssen (ranked 2234 p4p, 278 weight class) and Eddison Tollett (ranked 2206 p4p, 275 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tollett throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Janssen counters with a straight right hand.
Tollett scores with a shot to the body.
Tollett lands the left hand.
It looks like Kennet Janssen has been cut.
Tollett lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Tollett throws a poor cross that misses
and Janssen counters with a one-two to the body.
Tollett misses with a two punch combination.
Janssen throws a quick counter head kick but Tollett was just out of range.
Sloppy strikes from Tollett. Those never looked like landing.
Janssen instigates a clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tollett is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Janssen is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Tollett to keep the fight standing.
We've been hearing reports that Janssen has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Janssen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tollett swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Tollett wants to sweep here but Janssen controlling him for the moment.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Tollett holds on and takes a little breather.
Janssen drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Tollett dives on top into guard.

Tollett must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Tollett content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Janssen has locked up a guillotine! Janssen's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Tollett is holding on here and Janssen must be using up a lot of energy. Tollett has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Janssen gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
