Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Max Superior (ranked 2548 p4p, 118 weight class) and Myles Rider (ranked 2796 p4p, 129 weight class). Max Superior could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Myles Rider 's chin.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Myles Rider ! The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Daniel Franklin and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rider closes the distance and pushes Superior back into the cage. Rider looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Rider breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Rider rushes Superior and presses him up against the cage. Superior is trying to break free. Superior is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Rider breaks from the clinch.
Rider closes the distance and clinches. Rider controlling the action here for a moment.
Rider lands with a light punch inside. Superior really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Superior is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Rider lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Superior has had enough of the clinch but Rider keeps him there for the moment.

Rider fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Superior, pushing him back against the cage. Rider keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Superior's efforts to push away. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Rider creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Rider swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Myles Rider seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Superior taking a breather. Superior has had enough of the clinch but Rider keeps him there for the moment. Superior wants to break free but Rider has control.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rider wants to clinch. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Rider moves into range and clinches up with Superior. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Myles Rider showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Superior throws a combination that misses and Rider counters with a takedown into side control. Rider working the ground and pound but Superior is defending the strikes. Rider sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Superior is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

That's one minute gone in the round. Rider tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Superior regains half guard, as Rider was trying to land strikes. Rider throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Rider sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Superior defending well though. Rider seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Superior is trying to maintain the position but Rider is very close to passing his half guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Rider stalling.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Rider has managed to clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rider lands a shoulder strike. Rider throws a head punch that misses. Superior wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Superior works the jab nicely. Superior jabs at Rider 's body. Myles Rider seems to be getting the better of the standup. Superior connects with the punch. Rider steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Superior. Superior throws a right and a left that Rider avoids nicely. Rider drives through and clinches with Superior against the cage.

and Rider counters with a lovely straight right hand! Superior connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Rider 's hands. Rider scores with a jab to the body. A punch lands to the side of Rider 's head but he takes it in his stride.
And that's the end of the fight! Myles Rider comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Rider has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
