Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Allister Kruger (ranked 6406 p4p, 0 weight class) and Osvald Klimi (ranked 6507 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Allister Kruger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Osvald Klimi! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Sandra Marshall and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kruger misses with a takedown and Klimi counters with a straight right hand. Kruger gets in close and instigates a clinch. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Kruger tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Klimi turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Klimi in side control, just content to control the action for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Klimi working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kruger manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Kruger is trying to work for a kimura but Klimi is defending well.
Kruger moves nicely into side control. Kruger could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Klimi wants to control but Kruger postures up. Kruger is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Klimi knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Kruger tries for a kimura but Klimi is defending well. Klimi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kruger. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Klimi holds on to Kruger's head and controls the position momentarily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kruger trying to control the position but Klimi is working away. Klimi is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Kruger tries for a kimura but Klimi is defending well. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Kruger trying to control the action but Klimi is working from the bottom. Kruger is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Klimi has escaped the position, nice work there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kruger is looking to take a break and control but Klimi is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Kruger is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Klimi is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Kruger is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Klimi knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Klimi wants to control but Kruger postures up. Kruger wants to control but Klimi is keeping him busy. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Klimi being controlled for a moment. Kruger is looking to take a break and control but Klimi is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Klimi tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kruger wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Allister Kruger dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Kruger shoots in looking for a takedown. Klimi tries to sprawl out of it but Kruger keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Klimi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Kruger bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Kruger takes a little break here. Klimi wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Kruger has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Klimi is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Kruger yanks on the arm and Klimi is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Kruger.
