Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Peter Narz (ranked 3226 p4p, 320 weight class) and Jordan Wright (ranked 6192 p4p, 508 weight class). Jordan Wright will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jordan Wright!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Winston Alpacca and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Narz drives through and clinches with Wright against the cage.
Narz tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Narz tightens his grip and picks Wright up, before dumping him to the ground. Wright manages to land in guard.
Narz stands and throws Wright's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Narz prevents Wright from escaping the position.
Wright tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Narz is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
Wright is trying to get back to his feet but Narz has full control of the position and if anything, Wright has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
Wright is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Narz gets his way!

Wright is keeping busy.
Narz is cranking Wright's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Wright! He's tightened the choke and Wright is tapping out!
