Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Derrick Thomas (ranked 516 p4p, 70 weight class) and Kenta Kobashi (ranked 579 p4p, 83 weight class). Thomas comes to the cage accompanied by Shinedown - "State Of My Head". These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 5 - 1, fighting out of New York, Derrick Thomas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
36 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Kenta Kobashi! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thomas needs to keep his hands up - Kobashi had a free shot at his head there. Thomas defending well as Kobashi loads up on a big left hand. A head kick from Thomas lands but Kobashi takes it in his stride. Kobashi looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Thomas on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Kobashi keeps the fight on the outside. Kobashi takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Kobashi gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Thomas. Kobashi looks to land a right hand but Thomas moved out of range. Kobashi with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Kobashi manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Thomas lands with a thumping leg kick.

And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Kenta Kobashi. I've got Kobashi winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
