The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyson scores with a hook to the body. Suarez takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Tyson shoots in looking for a takedown. Suarez tries to sprawl out of it but Tyson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Suarez manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Tyson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Suarez circles away quickly and effectively.
Suarez tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Tyson moves out of range of the body kick.
Tyson gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Suarez counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Tyson is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Oooh a lovely combination from Tyson sends Suarez down but not out. Tyson dives into side control looking to finish.

It looks like Thiago Suarez has been cut.
