Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Elias Khamedd (ranked 5862 p4p, 472 weight class) and Michael Kimura (ranked 5179 p4p, 438 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Elias Khamedd!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Michael Kimura!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Arvi Lind and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khamedd goes for a double leg but Kimura avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Kimura continues to drive forward.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Khamedd throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kimura's waist but Kimura gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Khamedd off to one side.

Kimura closes the distance and clinches up with Khamedd, looking for a takedown. Kimura pushes Khamedd against the cage but Khamedd circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Khamedd dives in and grabs Kimura's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kimura pushes down on Khamedd's head and hops out.

I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
