Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ivory Solis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Lloyd!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, David Schapiro and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lloyd throws a series of punches but Solis moves out of range.
Solis swinging wildly here.
A little jabbing left from Lloyd on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Lloyd throws a lazy right hand but Solis sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Solis tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lloyd manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Lloyd now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Lloyd misses with a looping left.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Solis.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Solis closes the distance looking to clinch
and Lloyd counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Solis really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Solis takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Solis is rocked!
It looks like Ivory Solis has been cut.
Lloyd shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Solis takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Lloyd sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Solis bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
