Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Severn swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Pick swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Severn is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Pick with a body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pick tries to free his leg and advance position but Severn is retaining full guard.
Severn bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Pick's guard.
Pick is working an open guard so Severn takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Severn tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pick was well out of range. Poor timing from Severn.
Pick misses with an uppercut. Severn saw that one coming.
Severn looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.

Severn misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pick misses with a lunging right hand
and Severn counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Severn misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Pick.

Pick throws the left hand but Severn avoids the punch easily.

Pick feints and then cracks Severn's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Severn down.
Pick throws out a loose jab but Severn uses good head movement to avoid it.
Steve Pick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A looping hook to the body misses from Severn. Pick does a little dance to reset his feet.

Pick is fighting off a takedown attempt but Severn is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Pick to the mat. Pick regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Pick is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Severn controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Severn is continuing to stall.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pick wants to sweep here but Severn controlling him for the moment.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pick wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Severn is now in half guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Severn displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pick throws out the jab.

Pick is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Severn's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

Pick chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Severn can pounce on him.
Severn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Pick manages to avoid it.

Good leg kick by Pick there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

The fight stays on the outside here - Pick looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

It looked like Pick was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

and Severn makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Steve Pick.
I think Pick has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
