Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Steel (ranked 7819 p4p, 668 weight class) and Mad Sweeney (ranked 4920 p4p, 523 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Sweeneys jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Steel defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sweeney.
Sweeney shoots in but no luck this time.
Steel closes the distance and pushes Sweeney back into the ropes.
Steel tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Steel creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Sweeney's defenses.
It looks like Mad Sweeney has been cut.
Sweeney takes an elbow to the temple.
Sweeney changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Steel fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Mike Steel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mad Sweeney.

Sweeney is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Mad Sweeney's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
