Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rouhullah Jafari (ranked 3714 p4p, 129 weight class) and Gene Lawler (ranked 2913 p4p, 96 weight class). Lawler is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Man. Gene Lawler is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Dirk Anderson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawler shoots in and bounces Jafari off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.
Lawler drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Lawler jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Lawler working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Jafari's head.
Lawler scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Jafari knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lawler on the ground.
Lawler slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Lawler thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Jafari is trying to control the position but Lawler postures up.
Jafari can't keep his opponent in guard - Lawler advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Lawler is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Lawler works his foot free and advances to mount.
Jafari definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Lawler lands a heavy elbow.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jafari is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Lawler has taken his back.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lawler is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Jafari. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.
Lawler has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
