Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raleigh Mason (ranked 6753 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Larry (ranked 8715 p4p, 0 weight class). Ray Larry told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 1, fighting out of London, Raleigh Mason! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Ray Larry! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Larry closes the distance and pushes Mason back into the cage. Larry is stalling here.
Mason is trying to pull guard but Larry turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Larry breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Larry slaps away a takedown attempt from Mason, before circling back to the center of the mat. Larry shoots in for a takedown but Mason shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Mason tries to counter with a takedown but Larry is quick to defend against it. Larry throws a push kick but Mason slaps the foot to one side. Larry pushes Mason up against the cage in a clinch. Larry manages to break the clinch.

Mason seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Larry shoots in looking for a takedown. Mason tries to sprawl out of it but Larry keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mason manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Larry dives in and grabs Mason's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mason pushes down on Larry's head and hops out. Raleigh Mason has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ray Larry. Mason darts in and clinches Larry up against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mason tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Larry just stands there and leans against the cage. Mason trying to control the position but instead, Larry has worked for underhooks and has pushed Mason into the cage. Larry jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mason walks away with a smile on his face. Larry gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Larry fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mason, pushing him back against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ray Larry will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mason shoots in for a double leg but Larry sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Mason moves into the clinch. Mason breaks the clinch.

And that's the end of the fight! Raleigh Mason showed his dominance in that final round. Well Mason has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
