Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Daniel Moore! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Edmond Dantes! The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Winston Alpacca and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dantes rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Moore cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Edmond Dantes has been cut. Dantes slips under a jab. A little jabbing left from Dantes on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. A slow jab from Moore misses its intended target. Moore misses with a straight left. Dantes throws an overhand right that lands on Moore's shoulder, as Moore tries to avoid the shot. Dantes scores with a nice head shot. Dantes throws an off balance right hand
and Moore counters with a straight right hand. Dantes throws a poor cross that misses
and Moore cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Dantes misses with a hook
and Moore counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Moore. Moore has a couple of punches blocked by Dantes.

Moore lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Moore scores with a shot to the side of Dantes's head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dantes has a couple of punches blocked by Moore.

The cut above Edmond Dantes's eye is starting to cause him problems now. A body shot lands from Moore.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Moore creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Moore lands a body shot in the clinch.

Moore is leaning against Dantes and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Moore gets through Dantes's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Moore drops Dantes onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Dantes is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moore dips a shoulder and cracks Dantes with a mighty uppercut! Dantes falls back against the cage and Moore unloads with a barrage of strikes! Dantes is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Moore screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Daniel Moore!
