Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Hale (ranked 821 p4p, 134 weight class) and DeShawn Johnson (ranked 1157 p4p, 182 weight class). Hale comes to the cage accompanied by Dead Sara - Weatherman. Johnson has chosen Eazy e- real mother fuckin gs as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
40 - 20 - 2, fighting out of London, Brandon Hale! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, DeShawn Johnson! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hale just misses with a punch to the body.
Johnson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hale looks to throw the jab but Johnson is out of range. Hale misses with an uppercut. Hale avoids the body shot from Johnson.
Hale has been working on his boxing with his coaches at AREA 51 in the buildup to the fight. Johnson takes a swing at Hale's ribcage but misses. Johnson throws a body punch but Hale moves out of range. Hale half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Johnson lands with a nice body punch. Johnson is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Hale rather than just go for the knockout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hale connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Johnson momentarily.
It looks like DeShawn Johnson has been cut. Johnson keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
A lazy body kick from Johnson and Hale counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Hale. Johnson has his hands on Hale's head, controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hale throws a big right hand that misses. Johnson looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Hale wants to pass the guard but Johnson is keeping the position. Johnson looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Hale throwing strikes but missing. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Johnson controlling the position.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Johnson lands a nice looking kick to the body. Hale takes a step back to recover. Hale uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Johnson. Johnson just misses with a punch to the body.
An attempted straight right counter from Hale misses the target. Johnson misses the body punch and Hale counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Hale blocks a head kick by Johnson.
Hale misses with a wild combination.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson tries to clinch up. Johnson avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hale uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Johnson.
Johnson punishes Hale's body with a nice straight punch. Johnson with a hook. Johnson has taken the fight to the clinch.
Hale breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Johnson swings for the body but Hale moves out of range.
Johnson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hale circles away quickly and effectively. Hale throws a head kick that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Johnson staying out of range there. Johnson avoids a punch combination nicely.
Johnson lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Johnson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hale was well out of range. Poor timing from Johnson. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hale throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Hale misses with an uppercut. Johnson saw that one coming. Johnson wants to counter with a clinch but Hale pushes him away. Johnson scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Johnson comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Hale is breathing heavily. Hale throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting Johnson counter with a right hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but DeShawn Johnson will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on DeShawn Johnson's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Hale appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Hale takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Hale throws a nice inside leg kick. DeShawn Johnson seems to be getting the better of the standup. The crowd cheers as Hale lands an impressive looking overhand right. Johnson doesn't seem phased though. Johnson looks to land a right hand but Hale moved out of range. Johnson tries a head kick but it misses.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnson works the jab nicely. Hale doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Johnson misses with a shot to the body and Hale cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

and Hale counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Johnson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hale was well out of range. Poor timing from Johnson. Hale moves out of range of the body kick. Johnson fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hale on the side of the head. A head kick misses from Johnson. Johnson has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Johnson throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Johnson throws a right hand that misses
and Hale counters with a good low kick that Johnson was not able to check. Johnson throws a hook but Hale blocks it. Johnson scores with a hook to the body. Hale takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Sloppy strikes from Hale. Those never looked like landing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hale takes a head kick and keeps coming.
It looks like Brandon Hale has been cut. Johnson dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Johnson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Johnson looks to score with a jab to the body but Hale is just out of range. Johnson darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Johnson lands a big head kick that sends Hale tumbling to the mat! Johnson takes a step backwards and waves Hale back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Hale is rocked! Johnson fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Oh Hale is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Hale takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Hale seems to have got his legs back now. Johnson misses with a hook. Hale ducked under it nicely. As Johnson backs away, Hale returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Hale bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Hale swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A slow jab from Johnson misses its intended target. Hale looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Hale doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Johnson lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Johnson lands with a cross. Johnson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hale throws a big shot that misses. Johnson fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hale looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Johnson dodges the punch combination from Hale.
Johnson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hale thows a leg kick but Johnson checks it and Johnson counters with a nice uppercut. Johnson with a body punch. A glancing blow. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Johnson ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Johnson scores with a shot to the body.
Johnson lands with a straight right. Hale didn't see that one coming. Johnson thuds a left hand into Hale's body. Hale ducks under a wild hook from Johnson. Johnson drops Hale with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hale looks back up at him and smiles so Johnson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. That kick from Johnson tenderised Hale's leg. Hale is trying to keep his angry face on. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
DeShawn Johnson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Hale drops his hands momentarily and Johnson needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Hale just on the top of the head. Hale drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Hale - he's done!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). DeShawn Johnson! Our winner, DeShawn Johnson, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
