With a record of 27 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Olaf Frost!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Aldo Vurny!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Vurny shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Frost pinned against the cage. Frost gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A head kick misses from Frost.
Frost jabs Vurny to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Frost throws a combination that misses
and Vurny counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Frost misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Frost is not content to let Vurny control the position.

Frost goes for a double leg but Vurny avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Vurny continues to drive forward.
Vurny unleashes a big counter combination but Frost bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Frost pivots, looking for a leg kick but Vurny is out of range and Frost settles back down.

Vurny is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Frost is just riding it out for now. Vurny eventually gives up the hold.
Well, if Vurny is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Frost has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Vurny is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Frost.
