The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diame Jr shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Burton as he avoids it easily.
Diame Jr closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Burton's guard.
Burton knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Diame Jr on the ground.
Burton is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Diame Jr is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Burton is pulling down on Diame Jr's head to control his posture.
Diame Jr is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Burton is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Diame Jr advances to half guard.
Diame Jr is trying for a kimura here. Burton looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Diame Jr wins by kimura!
