Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alex Foster (ranked 25396 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Tank (ranked 6309 p4p, 622 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Alex Foster! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tom Tank! The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Damien Edna and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Foster gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Tank manages to break the clinch.
Foster fails with an attempt to clinch.
Tank fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Foster sprawls well initially but Tank persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Foster preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Foster wants to improve his position but Tank is controlling well.
Tank is trying to control the action in half guard but Foster is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Foster pushes Tank off looking to stand but Tank dives back in and keeps control.
Tank wants to free his trapped foot but Foster is holding on for dear life with his legs. Tank is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tank stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Tank is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Foster's half guard. Foster looks like he's trying to stand up.
Tank is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Foster defends it well. Foster trying to control here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Foster wants to get back to full guard. Tank is pressing down on Foster's thigh, looking to free his foot. Foster is holding on for now. Tank is trying to control. Foster wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Tank is looking for a kimura but Foster is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Tank to get the leverage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tank is stalling here. Foster is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Tank seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Foster has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Foster lands a decent elbow from side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tank is trying to get back to half guard. Tank can't do much from the bottom here. Tank is trying to get back to half guard. Foster taking a breather here. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Tank is trying to control Foster's posture but Foster avoids it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Tank takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Tank manages to get back to half guard. Foster sitting and controlling from the half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Tank is trying to get back to full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Alex Foster will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Tank shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Foster uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Foster takes one on the button. Tank connects with a high kick.
It looks like Alex Foster has been cut. Tank gets a clinch. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Foster fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Tank breaks the clinch.
Tank circles away from the clinch attempt.
Foster tries to clinch but Tank moves out of range. Tank throws a fast counter high kick but Foster manages to duck under it in time. Tank looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Foster pushes Tank off and gets back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sloppy strikes from Tank. Those never looked like landing. Foster is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Tank with the counter takedown but Foster avoids it easily. Foster gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Foster could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Foster tries to pull guard but Tank holds him up against the cage and eventually Foster drops back down to his feet.
Foster has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Tank has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Foster is trying to keep an underhook but Tank manages to get the takedown into half guard. Tank escapes and gets back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tank closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Foster to the mat! Foster manages to get full guard. Tank not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tank looking to pass the guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Foster keeping moving, preventing Tank from controlling successfully. Foster pulls Tank in close to prevent any damage. Foster lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tank trying to control the position.
Foster connects with a couple of short punches. Foster won't allow Tank to sweep him here. Foster trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Foster slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Tank is trying to control the position but Foster postures up. Tank can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Foster controls the pace. Foster avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Tank is breathing heavily. Tank throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Foster escapes and throws Tank's legs to the side, diving into side control! Foster lands some shots froms side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Alex Foster will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Alex Foster's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Foster enables Tank to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Foster manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Foster is controlling Tank's posture. Tank is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Tank stands up and waves to Foster to follow him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Foster gets caught flat footed, as Tank shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Tank being controlled here momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Foster is trying to keep Tank in close.

Tank advances position into side control! Foster struggling a bit here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Foster tries to buck Tank off but Tank is having none of it. Tank laying and praying for a moment but Foster takes advantage and regains half guard. Tank throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Tank slows the pace down in half guard. Tank stands up out of the half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tank instigates a clinch. Foster lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Foster jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tank walks away with a smile on his face. Foster gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Tank lands a body shot.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Tank. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. Tank looks to land a combination. Foster sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. A slapping body kick lands there for Tank. Tom Tank is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Tank clinches with his opponent.
Tank has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Foster clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Tank takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Foster looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tank throws a series of strikes and Foster wriggles onto his back, so he's now mounted. He's in real trouble here. Foster tries to hold on but Tank postures up. Tank trying to control but Foster is having none of it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Foster working to try and regain half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Tom Tank comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Foster has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
