Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve The Smiling Assassin (ranked 1054 p4p, 163 weight class) and Hector Davis (ranked 882 p4p, 130 weight class). Davis is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by In to Deep. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Davis gets a takedown into half guard. Davis is looking to advance position but The Smiling Assassin won't allow it. Davis is figuring out what he wants to do next. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The Smiling Assassin wants to improve his position but Davis is controlling well.
Davis wants to take a breather but The Smiling Assassin is having none of it. Davis is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so The Smiling Assassin is just riding it out for now. Davis eventually gives up the hold. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The Smiling Assassin is trying to get back to full guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Davis throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Our spies down at at *****AXE PACK***** inform us that Davis has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? The Smiling Assassin avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Davis is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Davis changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. The Smiling Assassin dives in and scores a takedown into Davis's guard. The Smiling Assassin lands a couple of decent looking shots. The Smiling Assassin will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Davis looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

The Smiling Assassin connects with a nice short shot to Davis's temple. Davis wants to control but The Smiling Assassin is keeping busy and won't allow it. Davis is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but The Smiling Assassin is staying active. Davis gets full guard. Steve The Smiling Assassin dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

He'll be looking to tighten that up but The Smiling Assassin can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. The Smiling Assassin trying to control the position from guard on top but Davis is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The Smiling Assassin lands a couple of elbows. The Smiling Assassin is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Davis can do to turn this around? Davis has his foot on The Smiling Assassin's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. The Smiling Assassin works his way back into a safe position though. Davis has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think The Smiling Assassin should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Davis has tightened it up now! The Smiling Assassin should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
