Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Freddy Frito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Barry Cade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Freddy Frito!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Barry Cade!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cade throws a head kick that Frito semi-blocks.
Cade is looking to slow Frito down with leg kicks.
Frito shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cade pinned against the cage. Cade gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Cade closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
With the fighters up against the cage, Frito throws an elbow but misses.
Frito pulls guard.
Frito manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Frito can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Cade is looking to escape.
Cade is desperately trying to improve his position but Frito has a good base and remains in mount.
Frito jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Cade manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Cade avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Frito.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Frito working the body and head with strikes.
Cade regains half guard.
Frito tries to stand and escape but Cade is controlling the position.
Frito winds up and cracks Cade with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cade is looking for a sweep. Frito is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Frito is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Cade avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Frito.

Frito stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
A chopping leg kick lands by Cade.
Frito misses with a low kick.
Frito catches Cade napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Cade to the canvas!
It looks like Barry Cade has been cut.
Cade looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Frito landing with the ground and pound.
Cade is rocked!
Cade is trying to control the position but Frito postures up.
Frito has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Frito postures up in Cade's guard and throws a big left but Cade blocks it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Frito stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cade swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Frito trying to control but Cade is working from the bottom.

Frito gets to his feet - Cade follows without any prompting.
Frito pushes Cade up against the cage in a clinch.
Frito lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Frito breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Frito changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cade tries to avoid it but Frito manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cade to the ground. Cade escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and Frito counters with a nice uppercut.

and Cade counters with a thumping low kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Freddy Frito. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Frito misses with an attempted mid kick.
Frito shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Freddy Frito seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cade closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Frito is trying to control Cade's posture but Cade avoids it.
Frito throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.

Frito tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Cade decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Frito shoots and misses
and Cade counters with an outside leg kick.
Cade tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Frito tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Cade moves into the clinch.
Frito fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Cade wants the takedown. Frito is fighting it off but Cade persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Frito's guard against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Frito is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Cade scores a takedown into full mount!
Cade thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Frito wants to hold on but Cade pushes him away.
Frito swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Frito is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Frito manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Frito looking to control and managing it successfully.
Frito is working for a guillotine from mount but Cade frees his head quite easily.
Frito punishing his opponent with strikes.

Frito stands up from mount. Strange move.
The fight stays on the outside here - Frito looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Frito circles away from the clinch attempt.
Frito gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Frito wants a takedown.
Cade wants to get back to striking at distance but Frito won't allow it.
Frito can't break the clinch.
Cade escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Frito fails with the takedown
and Cade counters with a head kick. That will keep Frito thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Cade blocks a head kick by Frito.
Cade feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

and Cade counters with a good, hard body kick but Frito shrugs it off.
Horrible takedown by Frito or perhaps it was just good defense by Cade which made him look bad.
Frito shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cade as he avoids it easily.

Cade shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Frito's guard.
Frito had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Cade is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Frito Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Cade's back instead.
Frito misses with a punch to the head.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Frito is looking for the choke from the back position but Cade is controlling his hands well.

Frito seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Cade's chin but Cade turns very nicely into Frito's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Cade.

Cade decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Frito, up you get!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Frito scores with a jab. Cade acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Frito clinches but Cade breaks the clinch
and Cade moves into the clinch.
Frito has had enough of the clinch but Cade keeps him there for the moment.
Frito using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Cade has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Cade looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Cade pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Frito tries to close the distance and clinch but Cade swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Frito shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cade as he avoids it easily.
Cade lands a two punch combo.
Frito darts in trying to clinch
and Cade counters with an inside leg kick.
Frito has his takedown stuffed
and Cade counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Frito!

Frito is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Frito is in all sorts of trouble here.
Cade throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Frito wants to control but Cade is having none of it.
Frito is looking to get to half guard.
Barry Cade has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Frito tries to hold on but Cade pushes him away.
Frito tries to buck Cade off but he can't manage it.
Frito tries to lock up and control but Cade gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Frito sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Freddy Frito overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Cade tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Frito has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Cade is working away from the top position though.
And that's the end of the fight!
Barry Cade comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Frito has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
