Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, En Esch!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Griffin drives through and clinches with Esch against the cage.
Esch throws a punch but it's blocked by Griffin.
Griffin is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Esch is defending well for now.
Esch lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Esch tries to work over Griffin's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Esch lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Esch pushes off an throws an elbow but Griffin leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Esch putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Griffin in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.

Griffin breaks the clinch.
Griffin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Esch moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Esch clinches up with Griffin and pushes him back against the cage.
Griffin tries to throw a body punch but Esch avoids it by throwing Griffin back against the cage.
Knees in the clinch landing for Esch.
Griffin is breathing heavily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Esch lands a knee to the body.
Esch pushes Griffin back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Esch lands a good knee to the midsection. Griffin won't want to take too many of those.
Esch landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Griffin prevents a body shot from Esch.
Esch with a knee to the head.


It looks like Matt Griffin has been cut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Esch lands an elbow inside that Griffin shrugs off.
Nice elbow from Esch.


Griffin is rocked!
Esch lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Oh Griffin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Esch lands a big knee! That's hurt Griffin! Oh, he's all over the place! Esch lands another knee that sends Griffin to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). En Esch!
En Esch bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
