Loens comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Best UFC entrance of all time!!! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be fireworks!

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rudi Loens! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Russell Pearce and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Albaskhanov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Albaskhanov is pushing down on Loens's leg trying to pass to half guard. Loens is fighting to maintain full guard but Albaskhanov has managed to sneak the leg through. Albaskhanov is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Nice strikes from Albaskhanov there. Albaskhanov scoring with strikes to the body and head. Albaskhanov is nestled in close to Loens, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Albaskhanov working the head and body with strikes. Loens is rocked! Albaskhanov seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Loens is still in real trouble! Can Albaskhanov finish him? Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Albaskhanov lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Albaskhanov is nestled in close to Loens, controlling him well. Albaskhanov looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Loens with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Albaskhanov seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Loens is looking to escape. Albaskhanov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Albaskhanov winds up and cracks Loens with a swinging punch to the side of the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Albaskhanov lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Albaskhanov wants to pass the guard but Loens is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ground and pound from Albaskhanov. Albaskhanov drops an elbow to the side of Loens's head. Loens is trying to stand.
Loens taking some punishment here, with Albaskhanov in his half guard. Albaskhanov lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Loens looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Loens wants to get back to his feet.
Albaskhanov works his way into full mount! Albaskhanov has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Loens's face.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Albaskhanov cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
A big strike lands for Albaskhanov! That's really hurt Loens and he's turned his back - Albaskhanov keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Albaskhanov jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bekbulat Albaskhanov! After the fight, Bekbulat Albaskhanov was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly. In defeat, Rudi Loens stepped up to the mic, saying 'sorry losing this fight, my opponent today was better as myself, no regrets, i'll be back better and stronger'.
