Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ellis Rowland (ranked 7123 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Le Ben (ranked 6477 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ellis Rowland! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chris Le Ben! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Columbo Gatti and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rowland has taken the fight to the clinch.
Rowland pressing his opponent against the cage. Le Ben landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Le Ben tightens his grip and picks Rowland up, before dumping him to the ground. Rowland manages to land in guard. Rowland really is a fat lump. Le Ben postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rowland utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Rowland keeping moving, preventing Le Ben from controlling successfully. Le Ben wants to stand but Rowland has a closed guard, so he can't escape. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Le Ben slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Le Ben trying to control the position from guard on top but Rowland is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Le Ben with a flurry of punches that miss.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Le Ben gets a double leg takedown into Rowland's guard. Rowland is breathing heavily. Le Ben sitting in guard here, content to control. Le Ben looking to pass the guard. Le Ben wants to stand but Rowland has a closed guard, so he can't escape. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rowland looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Le Ben trying to control the position from guard on top but Rowland is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Le Ben not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Oooooh!!! Le Ben has knocked Rowland down with a huge combo! Le Ben steps away and waves a wobbly Rowland back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Ellis Rowland has been cut.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fight moves into the clinch position. Le Ben misses with a knee to the head. Le Ben pulls guard successfully.
Le Ben can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Rowland controls the pace. Le Ben wants to sweep here but Rowland controlling him for the moment. Le Ben is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Le Ben wants to sweep here but Rowland controlling him for the moment. Le Ben pulls Rowland in close to prevent any damage. Rowland seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Le Ben tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Chris Le Ben dominated that round. The cut man is working on Ellis Rowland's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Rowland moves into the clinch. Rowland tries to pull guard but Le Ben holds him up against the cage and eventually Rowland drops back down to his feet.
Le Ben ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Le Ben no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Le Ben wants to control the position but Rowland says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Rowland looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Le Ben is looking to get back to full guard here but Rowland has managed to pass to side control instead. Le Ben bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
That's one minute gone in the round. Le Ben drives through with a takedown into guard. Rowland lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Le Ben has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Le Ben not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Le Ben is breathing heavily. Rowland lands a couple of decent looking shots. Rowland content to stall in guard here. Rowland's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rowland has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Le Ben not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Le Ben gets a double leg takedown into Rowland's guard. Le Ben prevents Rowland from getting back to his feet. Rowland controlling the position. Rowland continues to stall.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Le Ben decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Chris Le Ben will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Ellis Rowland's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Rowland misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Le Ben moves into the clinch. Le Ben works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Rowland wants to get back to his feet but Le Ben passes into half guard.
Rowland manages to escape and get back to his feet! Rowland takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Le Ben defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rowland. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Le Ben shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Le Ben was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Le Ben slows the pace down.
That's one minute gone in the round. Le Ben decides to stand back up. Le Ben steps back and let's Rowland get back to his feet. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Rowland looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Le Ben throws the kick towards the body but Rowland avoids it. Le Ben gets a clinch. Le Ben lands a takedown into guard.
Rowland is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Rowland breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rowland fails to land the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ellis Rowland. That's going to take a lot out of him. Le Ben manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Rowland on his heels. He'll look to pass Rowland's guard now, I'm sure. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Le Ben trying to control but Rowland is working from the bottom. Le Ben wanted to stand there but Rowland had control of the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rowland wants to sweep but no luck. Le Ben wants to pass the guard but Rowland is keeping the position. Rowland has a closed guard, preventing Le Ben from standing up.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Rowland tries to score a power double leg takedown but Le Ben sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Rowland somewhat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Rowland closes the distance and clinches up with Le Ben, looking for a takedown. Rowland pushes Le Ben against the cage but Le Ben circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Rowland shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Le Ben as he jumps to the side. Rowland gets caught napping as Le Ben dives in and scores a takedown. Rowland manages to retain guard. Le Ben is looking to stand up but Rowland won't let him. Chris Le Ben has got the better of the ground game so far. Rowland is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Ellis Rowland has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Chris Le Ben is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
And that's the end of the fight! Chris Le Ben comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Le Ben has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
