The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spoakin pivots, looking for a leg kick but Smith is out of range and Spoakin settles back down.
Spoakin feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Smith's calf.
Spoakin tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Smith shoots in but Spoakin avoids the takedown attempt easily.
