Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Geraldo Reid (ranked 8858 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jarryd Henderson (ranked 5386 p4p, 555 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson darts in looking for a takedown but Reid gets double underhooks and turns Henderson into the cage.
Henderson throws a head kick that misses.
Henderson tries to clinch up but Reid circles away and keeps his distance.
Henderson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Reid sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Henderson finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Reid changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

Jarryd Henderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Henderson lands a head kick. Reid smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Reid tries to score a power double leg takedown but Henderson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Reid somewhat.
Reid has closed the distance and engaged Henderson in a clinch.
Reid trying to control the position but instead, Henderson has worked for underhooks and has pushed Reid into the cage.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Henderson throws a lazy head kick
and Reid counters with a shoot takedown. Henderson fights it but they end up in guard.
Reid gets to his feet - Henderson follows without any prompting.
Henderson lands with a kick to the ribs.
Reid is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Henderson can do to turn this around?
Henderson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Reid but Reid pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Henderson fails with an attempt to clinch.
Henderson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Reid sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Henderson somewhat.
Reid feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

and Reid counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Reid.

Reid drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Henderson gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Henderson cracks Reid with a nice body shot.
Reid drops down looking for an ankle pick but Henderson pulls his leg out and moves away.

Reid tries to break free but Henderson pushes him back against the cage.
Reid is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Henderson creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Reid's defenses.

Reid takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Reid circles away from the clinch attempt.
Reid shoots for a double leg takedown but Henderson sprawls well. He's pushed Reid's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Henderson tries to counter by closing the distance.

A close second round but Jarryd Henderson will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Oh Reid is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Henderson walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Reid drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Henderson swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Reid's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
