Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jenzi Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanchez comes to the cage accompanied by Red Right Return. Machida has chosen For Whom The Bell Tolls as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Daniel Cesar and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Machida can pounce on him.
Nice takedown defense from Machida. No joy for Sanchez on that attempt.

Sanchez shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Machida pinned against the cage. Machida gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Sanchez had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Machida is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Sanchez Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Machida's back instead.
