Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lucky Luke (ranked 4769 p4p, 406 weight class) and DoN KiNg (ranked 7028 p4p, 501 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lucky Luke! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, DoN KiNg! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Chris Dean and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! KiNg looking to score a takedown here. Luke is defending well but KiNg drives through and ends up in Luke's guard. Luke is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and KiNg defends well. KiNg wanted to stand there but Luke had control of the position. Luke looking to hit a scissor sweep but KiNg is one step ahead there. KiNg looking to control the position here, rather than advance. KiNg won't allow Luke to sweep him here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Luke is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Luke escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. KiNg gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's one minute gone in the round. KiNg stopping the sweep attempt from Luke. Luke being controlled here, momentarily. Luke controls KiNg momentarily but KiNg frees himself. Luke wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Luke escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. KiNg gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Luke is trying to control the position but KiNg postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Luke throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Luke is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Luke is really struggling to control KiNg but he's trying to hold on to the position. KiNg wants to pass the guard but Luke is keeping the position. Luke utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. KiNg wants to pass the guard but Luke is keeping the position. KiNg wants to control from the top but Luke keeps moving. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Luke working a defensive guard here.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. KiNg looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Luke wants to sweep here but KiNg controlling him for the moment. Luke is trying to keep KiNg in close.
Luke is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Luke wants to work for an arm triangle but KiNg is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
KiNg is looking to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. KiNg is not content to let Luke control the position. Luke is looking to stall here but KiNg recovers full guard. KiNg being controlled here, momentarily. Luke pushing down on KiNg's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Luke landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Luke is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. KiNg doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Luke. Luke is trying to control the action in half guard but KiNg is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Lucky Luke will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Luke misses with a looping right. KiNg avoids a punch combination nicely.
KiNg closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Luke quickly recovers to half guard. It looks like KiNg is going to stand back up.
Luke is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Luke is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of KiNg's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take KiNg's back! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. KiNg tries to break free.
Luke gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes. Luke is landing with strikes. KiNg can't take much more of this. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Luke is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. KiNg is defending well though. Luke let's go of the attempt for now. Luke scores with punches from the back.
That's one minute gone in the round. KiNg staying busy and making it hard for Luke to control. Luke avoiding KiNg 's attempts to control his hands. KiNg is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Luke gets his way!
Luke tries to get the hooks in deep but KiNg pushed the leg off. Luke missing with strikes. Luke is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. KiNg has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Luke has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! KiNg taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Luke doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Lucky Luke! An out of breath Lucky Luke thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
