Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Atkins and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jam wants to clinch up but yildirim keeps it at a distance.
yildirim changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jam looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

yildirim throwing strikes but Jam manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!
Jam has knee on belly momentarily but yildirim bucks him off and regains half guard.

yildirim has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jam is working away from the top position though.
yildirim might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Jam kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

yildirim jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jam walks away with a smile on his face. yildirim gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
yildirim changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jam tries to avoid it but yildirim manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jam to the ground. Jam escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That's time! Jam's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

and Jam counters with a good low kick that yildirim was not able to check.
