Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nicholas Cardenas (ranked 8115 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Jang (ranked 6323 p4p, 0 weight class). Jang comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Turn It On kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, James Jang! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Marco Blurström and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jang throws a body kick that misses and Cardenas counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Cardenas tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Jang just stands there and leans against the cage. Jang misses with a punch to the body.

Cardenas looking to slow down the pace here. Cardenas tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Jang smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nicholas Cardenas. That's going to take a lot out of him. Cardenas gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Jang to score an easy takedown into full guard. Jang is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Cardenas will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jang loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Cardenas has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Jang has passed into side control.
Cardenas pushes Jang away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Jang gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Jang is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Cardenas's shoulder. That is not cool. Jang is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Cardenas has escaped the position, nice work there. Jang just content to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cardenas is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Jang's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Jang scoring with strikes to the body and head. Jang tries to pass to full mount but Cardenas defends it. Jang is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Jang gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Jang closes the distance and clinches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cardenas fails to pull guard.
Jang wants the takedown. Cardenas is fighting it off but Jang persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Cardenas's guard against the cage. Jang is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Cardenas is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Jang is controlling him. Cardenas wants to sweep but no luck. Jang distracts Cardenas with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Jang won't allow Cardenas to sweep him here. Jang content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Jang controls from within his opponent's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jang looking to pass the guard. Jang slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Jang's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
James Jang dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Cardenas fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Jang feints and as Cardenas raises his hands in defense, Jang changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Jang tries to free his leg and advance position but Cardenas is retaining full guard. Jang looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Jang landing with the ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jang slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cardenas is working an open guard so Jang takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Cardenas gets caught flat footed, as Jang shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Jang scoring with punches to the head and body. Jang working some strikes from top position.
Cardenas is rocked! Jang has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Jang advances position into side control! Oh Cardenas is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Jang controls the position from side control. Cardenas seems to have got his legs back now. Jang decides to stand back up. Cardenas tries to keep at a distance but Jang has taken the fight into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cardenas's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Cardenas misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jang closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Cardenas to the mat! Cardenas manages to get full guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jang stays in close to Cardenas's body and controls the position. Jang is continuing to stall. Cardenas is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Jang decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Cardenas, up you get!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jang shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Cardenas scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Jang manages to mount him!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. A nice elbow there by Jang. Jang landing strikes, looking to finish! Jang loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Cardenas scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Jang land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Jang stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). James Jang! In his post fight interview, James Jang gave a big smile as he said 'You got Clubber-Fucked!'.
