Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tragic Visions! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 1, fighting out of London, Freddy Warren! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Glass and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Warren scores with a hook to the body. Visions takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Warren throws an overhand right that lands on Visions's shoulder, as Visions tries to avoid the shot. Visions on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Visions misses with an uppercut. Warren saw that one coming. It seemed like Warren was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Visions throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Visions throws a jab but it's blocked by Warren. Visions shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Visions swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Warren counters with a nice body shot. Warren throws the left hand but Visions avoids the punch easily. Warren listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Warren swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Visions ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Visions changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. A shot to the liver by Visions. Beautiful body shot. Visions looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Warren throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

and Warren counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Visions misses with a hook to the body

Warren misses the shot to the body. It looked like Visions was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Warren. Visions connects with a body shot. Visions swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Warren misses with a hook
and Visions connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Visions swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Warren. Visions looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Warren swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Visions slips a jab from Warren. Visions drops down looking for a counter takedown but Warren sprawls and moves away. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Visions jabs at Warren's body.

Visions fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Warren manages to avoid it. Visions throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

A looping hook to the body misses from Visions. Warren does a little dance to reset his feet. Visions misses with a straight right. A nice side step and Warren releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Visions takes a shot right to the bread basket. Freddy Warren is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Visions throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Warren! But no joy. Warren looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Visions misses with a takedown attempt and Warren cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Warren throws an overhand right that lands on Visions's shoulder, as Visions tries to avoid the shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A looping hook to the body misses from Warren. Visions does a little dance to reset his feet. Visions has his takedown stuffed and Warren counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tragic Visions. That's going to take a lot out of him. Warren lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Visions takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Visions takes a swing at Warren's ribcage but misses. Visions rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Warren counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Warren scores with a body shot.
A telegraphed right hand from Visions misses the target. Visions on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Warren keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Visions connects with a right hand. Warren shakes it off.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Visions fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Warren manages to avoid it. Visions decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Visions seems to be looking for submissions.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Visions thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Visions is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Warren is trying to stand.
Visions looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Warren is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Freddy Warren dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Visions swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Warren counters with a lovely straight right hand! Visions lands a jab to Warren's midsection. Visions jabbing away but nothing is landing. Visions shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Warren but Warren pushes him off and we're back to square one. Warren doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. A slow jab from Visions misses its intended target. Visions takes a swing at Warren's ribcage but misses. Despite the aggression on Warren's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Visions shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Warren napping and manages to drive through into side control! Visions in side control, throwing shots but Warren defends. Visions goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Warren rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Visions's guard! Nice work there by Warren! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Warren distracts Visions with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Warren must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Warren trying to control the position from guard on top but Visions is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Warren scoring with punches to the head and body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Warren lands a couple of decent looking shots. Visions has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Warren doesn't defend quickly enough and Visions has managed to lock this one up! Can Warren escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Visions on a fantastic submission victory.
