6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Mark Kerr! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Arjan Bhullar! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, John Roberts and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab from Kerr finds it's way through Bhullar's defenses. Kerr fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bhullar with the counter takedown but Kerr avoids it easily. Bhullar takes a swing at Kerr's ribcage but misses. Bhullar takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Bhullar looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Bhullar wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Kerr drives through and clinches with Bhullar against the cage.

Bhullar bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kerr's guard. Bhullar makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Bhullar distracts Kerr with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Bhullar chips away with some ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kerr is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Bhullar lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Kerr moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Bhullar pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. That was a close round but I would say that Mark Kerr will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Arjan Bhullar's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Bhullar swings and misses with a shot to the body and Kerr cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kerr tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bhullar paws at him with a jab and circles away. Kerr misses with a looping left.
