Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rich Junior (ranked 3795 p4p, 343 weight class) and Bushido Brown (ranked 3299 p4p, 305 weight class). Rich Junior had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 146.8lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Bushido Brown is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bushido Brown!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Atkins and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junior shoots in for a takedown but Brown shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Junior looks for a takedown but Brown sprawls well.
Brown throws a jab when Junior was well out of range.
Brown uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Junior.
Brown throws a lazy right hand but Junior sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Brown lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Junior at a distance.
Junior has been working on his balance at IC&E Academy, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Brown.
Junior walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Brown throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Brown has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Junior is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Junior tries to move into range but Brown moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Brown tests Junior's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Junior shoots in but Brown avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rich Junior. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Brown throws a looping overhand right but Junior ducks down to avoid it.
Brown lands with a straight right. Junior didn't see that one coming.
Brown changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Junior moves away from the strike by Brown.
Junior shoots in and gets a takedown into Brown's guard.

Brown looking for a triangle here. Junior is fighting it but it looks tight! Brown pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Junior is tapping out - this one is all over!
