The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mengel throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hodges stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Pepa Mengel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Mengel lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Hodges falls backwards - clearly groggy! Mengel dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
