Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pyryx Dall (ranked 1101 p4p, 58 weight class) and Sam Quint (ranked 755 p4p, 36 weight class). Dall comes to the cage accompanied by Fuel and Fire. Pyryx Dall has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Chris Edwards and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quint moves out of range as Dall strikes.
Dall moves away from the strike by Quint.
Dall uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Quint.
Dall misses with a wild body shot.
Dall throws a jab when Quint was well out of range.
We've been hearing reports that Dall has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Quint on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

An attempted straight right counter from Dall misses the target.
Dall throws a lazy right hand but Quint sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Dall pivots, looking for a leg kick but Quint is out of range and Dall settles back down.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Dall lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Quint has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Quint and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Quint motions for Dall to come forward. Quint throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Quint throws a front kick aimed at Dall's knee but Dall avoids it well.

Quint is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dall.

Quint feints and then cracks Dall's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Dall down.
Sam Quint seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Quint slips under a jab from Dall.
Quint keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dall tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Quint was well out of range. Poor timing from Dall.
Quint clobbers Dall with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
A slapping body kick lands there for Quint.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Quint throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Quint goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Dall lands a nice shot that snaps Quint's head back.

Dall throws a head kick but Quint moves out of range.
Quint throws out a counter right but Dall avoids it with no problem.
A slapping leg kick lands for Quint.
Quint fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Dall checks it well.
Dall avoids a kick to the body.
Dall closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Dall thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Quint can't do much from the bottom here.

Quint tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Dall wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Quint is staying active underneath Dall, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Dall is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Quint defends it well.
Dall seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Quint has recovered full guard.

Dall stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Quint swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Dall slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Quint pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Dall throws a body shot but no joy.
Quint throws a shot from downtown. Dall moves away and avoids it.
Dall appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Dall fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

and Quint counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Dall goes for a double leg but Quint avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Quint continues to drive forward.
Quint misses with an uppercut. Dall saw that one coming.
Quint throws the kick towards the body but Dall avoids it.
Dall keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Quint.
Dall takes one on the button.
Dall looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Pyryx Dall overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Quint looking for submissions off his back.
Dall seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Quint does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Dall looking for a submission but Quint manages to get full guard, putting an end to that submission attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Pyryx Dall will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dall chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Quint can pounce on him.

and Quint counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Dall is rocked!
Quint drops Dall with a huge uppercut! Dall drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Quint is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sam Quint!
Sam Quint really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that King of Clothes logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
The defeated Pyryx Dall had this to say: 'The fire was doused today. Time to restoke and bring the heat next time!'.
