Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Salman Yunusov (ranked 8236 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hayato Yamamoto (ranked 4142 p4p, 0 weight class). Yunusov comes to the cage accompanied by Rizavdi Ismailov - Vpered Akhmat. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Salman Yunusov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hayato Yamamoto! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yamamoto misses with a jab, cross combination.
Yunusov throwing a counter right hand but Yamamoto manages to avoid it. Yamamoto takes a jab right on the kisser.
Yamamoto ducks under a wild hook from Yunusov. Yamamoto swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Yunusov counters with a nice uppercut. Yamamoto tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Yunusov paws at him with a jab and circles away. Yunusov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Yamamoto darts in trying to clinch and Yunusov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yamamoto misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Sloppy strikes from Yamamoto. Those never looked like landing. Yunusov swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Yamamoto tries to bum rush Yunusov with a series of wild strikes but Yunusov uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Hayato Yamamoto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yamamoto walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Yamamoto tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Yunusov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Yamamoto tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Yunusov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. An attempted straight right counter from Yunusov misses the target. Salman Yunusov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Yamamoto with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Yunusov to score with a decent uppercut. Yamamoto rushes Yunusov and presses him up against the cage. Yamamoto can't break the clinch.

Yunusov breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Yunusov moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Yunusov circles away from the clinch attempt and Yunusov counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yamamoto moves to clinch but Yunusov breaks away and Yunusov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Yamamoto misses with a right hand and Yamamoto takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Yamamoto shoots and misses and Yunusov counters with a series of strikes. Yamamoto will be more careful next time no doubt. Yamamoto tries to clinch there but Yunusov circles away.
Yunusov swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Yunusov misses with a hook. Yamamoto tries to clinch up and Yunusov cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Yamamoto shoots in but Yunusov avoids the takedown attempt easily. Salman Yunusov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hayato Yamamoto.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A big left from Yamamoto misses. Nice straight punches there by Yunusov. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Yunusov. Yamamoto looks to land a combination. Yunusov sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Yamamoto takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Yamamoto misses with a takedown attempt and Yunusov counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Yamamoto takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Yamamoto gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Yunusov counters with a straight right hand. Yunusov is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Yamamoto looks winded! Yunusov keeps the fight on the outside. Yunusov throwing a counter right hand but Yamamoto manages to avoid it. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Yamamoto fails with the takedown and Yunusov counters with a lovely straight right hand! Yamamoto misses with a straight right.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Yamamoto misses with a double jab.
Yunusov clinches up with Yamamoto and pushes him back against the cage. Yunusov is trying to break the clinch but Yamamoto is controlling him. Yunusov stalling.
Yamamoto swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Yamamoto is trying to pull guard but Yunusov has him pressed against the cage. Yunusov is trying to force a seperation but Yamamoto has the dominant position. Yamamoto using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Yunusov has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Yamamoto tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Yunusov smiles and moves away.
Yunusov moves into the clinch successfully.
Yunusov lands a body punch in the clinch. Yamamoto fails to pull guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Salman Yunusov dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

A counter left hand to the body from Yunusov misses its target. Yamamoto closes the distance looking to clinch and Yunusov cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Yunusov connects with a looping right hand.
A low kick from Yamamoto is predictable there and Yunusov counters with a straight right hand. Yamamoto with a poor takedown and Yunusov cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yamamoto misses with an uppercut
and Yunusov counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Yunusov lands a left and a right that send Yamamoto crashing to the mat, dazed. Yunusov thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Yamamoto is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Yamamoto moves in looking to clinch but Yunusov pushes him off. Yamamoto is still on wobbly legs! Can Yunusov finish him? Yamamoto is breathing heavily. Yunusov works Yamamoto's body with a nice hook. Yamamoto fails with the takedown and Yunusov counters with a crisp right that sends Yamamoto to the canvas! Yunusov follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
