The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slavovick scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Lesnar wants to improve his position but Slavovick is controlling well.

Lesnar shoots for a double leg takedown but Slavovick sprawls well. He's pushed Lesnar's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Slavovick tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Lesnar closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Slavovick to the mat! Slavovick manages to get full guard.
Lesnar wants to pass the guard but Slavovick is keeping the position.
