Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shlomo Goldberg (ranked 4587 p4p, 419 weight class) and Lincoln Osiris (ranked 4874 p4p, 439 weight class). Goldberg comes to the cage accompanied by Oy vei. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 8 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Lincoln Osiris!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, David Hoff and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Osiris throws a poor cross that misses
and Goldberg counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Osiris had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Goldberg defends it easily.
Goldberg stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Osiris swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Osiris goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
It looks like Shlomo Goldberg has been cut.
Osiris throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Goldberg sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A nice inside leg kick there by Osiris. That's going to slow Goldberg down.
Osiris lands with a kick to the temple. Goldberg shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Osiris misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Goldberg.

and Goldberg counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Goldberg has hold of Osiris's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Osiris seems comfortable defending it but Goldberg has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Osiris is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Osiris is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Goldberg couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Shlomo Goldberg was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
