Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Martin Morales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doug Conger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Morales comes to the cage accompanied by ice ice baby. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Doug Conger enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Martin Morales! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Doug Conger! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morales avoids a punch combination nicely.
Morales looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Conger gets in close and instigates a clinch. Conger stalling.
Morales tries a knee to the head but Conger blocks it.
Conger breaks the clinch.
Conger misses with a double jab.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Morales. Conger looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Conger with a nice cross. Conger changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. No joy there for Conger, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Conger tries a head kick but it misses.
Conger shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Morales's guard. Morales wants to control but Conger passes easily into half guard.
Conger escapes and gets back to his feet. A combination from Conger does no damage. Conger moves into the clinch successfully.
Conger lands a body punch. Conger successfully pulls guard.
Conger wants to stand but Morales is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Conger looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Morales knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Conger on the ground. Conger has his feet on Morales's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. A left and a right from Conger both land. Nice combination. Conger misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Conger works over Morales's head and body with a nice combination. Conger has taken the fight to the clinch.
Conger ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Conger no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Conger looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Conger seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Conger is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Morales is controlling him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Morales stopping the sweep attempt from Conger. Conger is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Morales would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Morales will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Morales preventing the sweep. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Conger seems keen to control Morales's posture. Conger wants to sweep here but Morales controlling him for the moment. Morales has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Morales trying to control but Conger is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Morales trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Morales trying to control but Conger is working from the bottom. Conger seems keen to control Morales's posture.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Morales tries to clinch but Conger moves away and Conger counters with a series of strikes. Morales will be more careful next time no doubt. Conger looks to land a combination but Morales avoids it well. Morales wants to clinch and Conger counters with a lovely straight right hand! Conger rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Morales moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Conger throws a series of punches but Morales moves out of range. Conger fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Morales closes the distance but Conger moves to the side and Conger counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Morales's guard now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Conger stops Morales from standing up. Morales looking to control.
Morales is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Conger wants to control from the top but Morales keeps moving. Conger is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Conger tries to free his leg and advance position but Morales is retaining full guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Conger controls from within his opponent's guard. Morales can't keep his opponent in guard - Conger advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Doug Conger dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Morales gets caught flat footed, as Conger shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Morales working a defensive guard here.
Conger seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Conger passes Morales's left leg - he's now in half guard. Conger performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Conger scoring with strikes to the body and head. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Conger in particular looking to stall.
That's one minute gone in the round. Conger throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Conger passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Morales! Conger controlling from mount. Conger won't let Morales get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Morales is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Conger locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Morales is forced to tap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:04 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Doug Conger!
