Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Felix Duquet (ranked 4981 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Foster (ranked 25115 p4p, 0 weight class). Duquet comes to the cage accompanied by Forever. Sean Foster is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Felix Duquet! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Sean Foster! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Bart Greer and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Foster shoots in looking for a takedown. Duquet tries to sprawl out of it but Foster keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Duquet manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Duquet throws a head kick that misses. A punch combination from Foster misses. Foster misses with a series of wild punches.
A punch combination from Duquet misses. Duquet closes the distance and clinches. Duquet lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Foster. Foster leaning his opponent against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Foster's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Duquet misses with a two punch combination.

That's one minute gone in the round. Duquet clinches up against the cage. Foster is trying to pull guard but Duquet has him pressed against the cage. Foster turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Foster manages to end up in side control. Duquet sneaks out the side door and pushes Foster away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. Duquet closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Duquet decides to stand up, so the ref orders Foster to his feet. Duquet misses with a series of wild punches.
Foster changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Duquet pushes Foster up against the cage in a clinch. Foster is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Duquet pulls him back up using the underhooks. Felix Duquet has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sean Foster. Duquet pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Foster looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Donk. Duquet catches Foster right on the button with a cross.

Foster tries to sprawl but Duquet drives through with a takedown into half guard. Duquet tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Foster. Foster is holding on to half guard well. Duquet throwing shots but Foster is blocking nicely. Duquet is working for a submission of some sort.
Foster is trying to control but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Duquet slows the pace down in half guard. Foster wants to improve his position but Duquet is controlling well.
Foster really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Duquet. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Foster has his hands clasped together around Duquet's back. He's all about the action. Duquet thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Foster's head. Foster is trying to stand up here but Duquet is controlling him well. Foster is looking for a sweep. Duquet is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Duquet stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Foster to get to his feet. Nice shot lands for Duquet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Duquet throws a right hand that Foster ducks under and follows up with a left that Foster also avoids with ease. Foster is looking to clinch but Duquet is avoiding it.
Foster misses with a leg kick. Foster takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Duquet gets caught flat footed, as Foster shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Foster controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Duquet seems keen to control Foster's posture. Duquet can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Foster controls the pace. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Foster. Foster tries to close the distance and clinch but Duquet swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Duquet half committed to a counter leg kick. Felix Duquet is winning the standup battle so far. Duquet lands with an overhand left. Foster is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Duquet's half guard. Foster working Duquet over with strikes. Foster wants to pass to mount but Duquet is defending the position. Duquet is working an open guard so Foster takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Duquet drives through with a takedown into Foster's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Foster keeping full guard, as Duquet tries to pass. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Duquet avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Duquet sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Foster's guard. Foster is looking for a sweep. Duquet is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Foster is staying active underneath Duquet, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Foster is trying to stand up here but Duquet is controlling him well. Duquet is figuring out what he wants to do next. Foster is controlling Duquet's trapped leg to prevent Duquet from advancing to side control. Duquet is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Foster can do to turn this around? Foster shoots in and gets a takedown into Duquet's guard. Foster wants to control from the top but Duquet keeps moving. Duquet can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Foster controls the pace. Foster with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Foster must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Duquet is working an open guard so Foster takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Duquet drives through with a takedown into Foster's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Duquet wants to control from the top but Foster keeps moving. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Foster isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Duquet stacks Foster on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Duquet! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

No joy there for Duquet, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Foster tries a quick counter leg kick but Duquet is wise to it. Duquet displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Foster. Foster takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Duquet goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Foster gets tackled into the cage by Duquet. Duquet maintains the clinch. Foster blocks the elbow strike.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. No luck for Foster with that takedown attempt. Felix Duquet is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Duquet shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Foster kicks Duquet off and gets back to his feet.

Duquet was covering up waiting for the punch and Foster finishes the takedown easily into guard. The fighters are working up against the cage. Duquet manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Foster blocks an uppercut.

That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! A momentary lapse in concentration from Foster enables Duquet to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Foster manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Foster wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Duquet manages to pass to side control.
Felix Duquet overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Foster tries to kick Duquet off but Duquet keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. That's three minutes gone in the round. Duquet wants to lay and pray for a moment but Foster keeps working. Duquet decides to take the fight back to the feet. Duquet manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Foster on his heels. He'll look to pass Foster's guard now, I'm sure. Foster seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Foster has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Duquet can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Foster pushes Duquet off and gets back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Duquet misses with the combination.
Foster is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Sean Foster has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Foster tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Duquet defends well and Foster ends up having to push Duquet into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Foster steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Duquet. That one must have hurt. Foster tries to clinch there but Duquet circles away.
Foster shoots in but no luck this time. Foster is looking to clinch. A lazy body kick from Foster and Duquet counters with a three punch combo that has Foster backing up. Foster nods at Duquet to acknowledge the strikes. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Duquet moves out of range of the leg kick from Foster. Felix Duquet is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Duquet moves into the clinch.
And that's the end of the fight! Felix Duquet showed his dominance in that final round. Well Duquet has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
