Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nolan Millner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladimir Bruzinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bruzinski has chosen Hello as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Nolan Millner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vladimir Bruzinski! The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Valeri Chadov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bruzinski fails in his attempt to clinch. Millner closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bruzinski to the mat! Bruzinski manages to get full guard. Millner postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Millner wants to pass the guard but Bruzinski is keeping the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bruzinski keeping moving, preventing Millner from controlling successfully. Bruzinski is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Millner is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Bruzinski trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! That's one minute gone in the round. Millner postures up in Bruzinski's guard and throws a big left but Bruzinski blocks it. Bruzinski is trying to keep Millner in close.

Millner tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Bruzinski swats away the attempt to clinch by Millner. Millner throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bruzinski. Millner doesn't manage to clinch there - Bruzinski circles away.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. A solid leg kick lands there for Bruzinski.

I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bruzinski connects with a nice short shot to Millner's temple. Bruzinski stands up out of the half guard. Millner throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Nolan Millner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bruzinski throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Millner's head.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. and Millner counters by moving into the clinch. Millner breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Millner shoots in and drives through. Bruzinski sprawls well. Bruzinski tries to clinch but Millner is having none of it. Millner shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bruzinski but Bruzinski pushes him off and we're back to square one. Bruzinski throws a nice inside leg kick.

Bruzinski looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Bruzinski working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Bruzinski seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Millner is defending against the submission attempts here by Bruzinski.
Bruzinski is looking to take a break and control but Millner is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Millner is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Bruzinski scores with a couple of nice shots.
